As part of our ongoing efforts to improve our support processes and ensure clarity in roles and responsibilities, we are are please to  introduce the formal Support Level Definitions. A


This guide outlines the step-by-step journey of a support level —from who needs to logg a ticket to resolution and escalation—ensuring that everyone understands their roles and responsibilities within the process.


We encourage all team members to review the documentation to stay aligned and enhance collaboration.
